Our client schools based in Blackpool urgently require a number of Teaching Assistant's to work with SEN students, on a supply basis, with an immediate start.
This school is looking for enthusiastic, passionate and committed learning support assistant's to work in the school with small groups of students & on a 1:1 basis. You will be working with students throughout the key stages.
The successful candidate:
-Will have had previous experience of working with students with ASD, ADHD and MLD
-Will have excellent behaviour management
-Would have worked in a secondary setting in a special needs school, secondary school or youth setting
-Will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships quickly
-Must be able to start work immediately and have a valid DBS (we can organise a new DBS for you, if required)
The ideal candidate would have experience of supporting SEN students in a specialist education environment however experience within mainstream would also be of interest and a passion for supporting and encouraging students through a whole child approach.
