Energetic team player required to manage the design and planning aspects of a diverse property portfolio.

Based in the small rural offices of an established timber frame building company, you will work exclusively on progressing property development projects for an important client who owns a number of residential and licensed properties throughout the UK (predominantly in the West Midlands and South West of England).

Working alongside an experienced team you will need experience of making applications for Planning Permission and Building Control approval. This is a demanding role that requires patience and tenacity, but offers huge potential for someone who enjoys getting 'stuck in' to varied and interesting work.

The role will occasionally involve travel to client sites so access to your own transport and the ability/willingness to travel for work is essential.

Part-time and/or flexible hours are available to the right candidate.
