Operating within our Milton Keynes manufacturing site we are seeking a GraduateProcess Technologist to help design, evaluate innovative processing options which focus on both the drive to develop the product area and market plus the need for continuous improvement in business efficiency and cost reduction.

As a Graduate Process Technologist the main purpose of the role will include the following:

Planning, organising and controlling resources to achieve effective day to day management of trials and long term achievement of critical paths.

Forge relationships with equipment, key raw material suppliers and packaging suppliers cascading innovation concepts/market advances into the broader business.

Coordination of the development process from concept samples to factory trails through to launch ensuring the meeting food safety standards, customer and Giles/Warburtons foods quality standards.

Manage through a HACCP process, the risk of introducing new products, processes, equipment and materials to ensure they can be delivered into the factory.

Assist in the achievement of the Manufacturing and Commercial Managers PIP's (performance improvement plans) through the improvement of current processes and efficiencies.

Monitor product material/labour usage against agreed costing and deviations are communicated to the Manufacturing and commercial team are regularly updated.
