Job Title: Domestic Removals Manager
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: Minimum £ 25,000.00 + On Target Earning (Depending on Experience)

Position is Permanent and Full Time

This Removals Manager role is immediately available within our client's Domestic Removals Department to provide home and business moving services locally and nationally from initial enquiry through to final delivery including surveying, costing, quoting, securing and tailoring the move in accordance to the clients requirement to full satisfaction.

The candidate will make maximum full use of all resources to provide an all-round move function to private clients and businesses, ensuring high levels of customer service and control of internal and external costs. The role will also require canvassing for new business through real estate agents and other sources.

Domestic Removals Manager Responsibilities:

• Embrace the sales development of domestic and office removals within the section parameters and with the department head.
• Build relationships with estate agents, facilities managers and concierge service providers to secure more competitive business.
• Attend external review meetings, trade seminars / conventions and client entertaining.
• Ensure corporate account and private client satisfaction at all levels.

Domestic Removals Manager Essential Requirements:

• Previous industry experience.
• Computer Literate.
• Excellent organisation, file management and communication skills.
• Full UK driving Licence.
• Ability to understand both customer and competitive environments. The candidate must be a proactive team player with the ability to remain calm and maintain a professional approach in difficult situations.

The candidate will also be confident under pressure, organised with good planning and prioritising skills and be a flexible, approachable, motivated and friendly person. This Removals position would suit a positive, forward thinking, self-motivated person with exceptional customer skills and removals or logistics experience who is keen to embrace a team ethic.
