Customer Service Technician
As a Customer Service Technician you will be expected to provide the highest standards of field service to our customers by way of an effective repair service on their purchased goods.
It is essential you have experience of dealing with service repair on household white goods from the likes of Indesit/Hotpoint, LG, Samsung and Bosch.
Please apply if you can demonstrate that you can;
- To provide a high quality repair service on customer products either in the service centre or in the customers home
- To diagnose & repair product faults
- To provide effective customer care, whilst servicing products in the customer’s home
- Demonstrate equipment in the customer’s premises, leaving the customer fully satisfied and conversant with the product
- To complete all necessary administration; including weekly vehicle checks, stock related paperwork and complete weekly stock checks on stock carried on the van plus weekly tool check
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced white goods engineer who has experience of 1st fix repair, this role is based at our Service Centre and will be reporting into the Service Centre Manager.
