Graduate Development Engineer

Job Elements: -

• Undertake new product development projects and to support development & improvement of standard products. New products will be taken from concept to a point where they can be utilised in customer applications programmes.
• The position is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the development including idea generation, concept development, design reviews, prototyping, design for manufacture, and testing.
• This role will initially be in supportive function however as you develop your skills and knowledge of the product and programmes your focus will move from supporting the Team to taking a more prominent and self-reliant role with increased responsibilities.
• Long term this position will provide a crucial foundation for a career path leading to Product Development Engineer and beyond!

• A mechanical/product design engineering graduate with the drive and determination to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
• Have knowledge of 3D CAD (training will be provided for specific software requirements)
• Have good technical problem solving skills

• Be Organised and able to cope with multiple tasks in a fast moving environment.
