IT Support Technician

An IT Support Technician is required to join the Service Desk team at this growing managed service provider, serving small business customers in the West Midlands.

You will likely have at least one year experience in a similar role, providing the following:
- Troubleshooting customer IT issues
- Server back-up checks and proactive maintenance
- System configuration and repair
- User access and security administration
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Prioritising workload and working well under pressure
- Following, maintaining, and enhancing standard operating procedures

It will be a big plus point if you spend some of your own time on self-development, and if you've ever done voluntary work.
