General Manager

Salary £22,000 - £30,000 plus bonus

As a general manager, you will be accountable for managing the day to day running of the club - safely and efficiently, in accordance with statutory and Company standards. You will implement business plans to achieve total revenue targets. Your will be accountable for managing the sale managers, the retentions team to deliver on retaining club members and members' arrears, to reception and housekeeping teams to managing relationships with personal trainers and freelancers. You will relentlessly have high standards; as a leader you will continually raise the bar and drive your teams to deliver high quality service standards and products to our customers. Despite setbacks, you will rise to the occasion and never settle.

- Previous experience in an operations or sales manager role.

- Leadership skills with the personality and experience to lead, inspire and grow people.

- Influencing skills.

- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience of managing revenue streams.

- Demonstrable track record of successfully hitting targets.
