The Job

The specialist SEN Team at Randstad Education are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a school in Leicester, this is a long term opportunity for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will

- Have experience of working with students with a range of complex needs

- Be comfortable in managing challenging behaviour

- Be Team Teach trained

- Be able to support students both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

The schools accommodates for boys and girls aged from 7 to 19 with Moderate Learning Difficulties.
