About the role…

Do you work in Digital or IT sales? Are you looking for a fresh start? If so they have a great opportunity for you! You will get the chance to work with a great team, building relationships with exciting international Clients working on a global scale.

Their UK Sales Team, based in Brighton, has achieved significant revenue growth over recent years across a number of sectors and tiers of business. They now wish to expand this team to meet their ambitious growth plans and have a great opportunity for an experienced business development professional.

The Successful individual will be ambitious, driven and tenacious with the hunger to succeed in business-to-business sales. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone serious about developing their sales career in international digital marketing.

Responsibilities

- Working within the UK Business Development team to generate new business opportunities by targeting and building relationships with new clients.
- Closing deals to a set of annual and quarterly revenue targets. You will have individual targets and will be responsible for working with the business to ensure that these are met, at the right margin
- Providing a consultancy based sale for clients - outlining initial strategies by co-ordinating with their production and accounts teams.
- As an intelligent and forward thinking sales person - develop a good working relationship with the various teams at the company.

About You…

The ideal candidate should have digital DNA in their veins; with an unceasing passion to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions. You will have a great eye for detail combined with immaculate presentation skills and will thrive on presenting innovative concepts in small or large settings.

They are looking for a confident, assured communicator, with a natural flair at closing deals. You will need to be a commercial thinker, with an insatiable thirst to connect businesses with revenue growth potential. You will also be experienced at developing and leveraging those relationships in order to maximise opportunities.

Team work is at the heart of what they do so you will need to be comfortable working collaboratively with other members of the Business Development team and other teams within the agency.
