Here in Crewe, our European Head Office, we’re set to grow further in 2015. We make a real difference to the lives of our customers by providing a great service whenever they need to make an insurance claim for their mobiles and gadgets.

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll:

• Be the voice of the top brands we represent
• Answer queries and take ownership of problems
• Get to know our customers, put them at ease and go out of your way to help
• Achieve performance targets ensuring service excellence
• Deliver high standards within our structured environment and procedures
• Work together as one team

Naturally you’ll benefit from some customer service experience, but our ongoing training will teach you all you need to know. More importantly, you’ll:

• Be a fantastic communicator
• Take great pride in your work
• Be PC literate
• Have the ability to retain information and multi-task
