They are looking to recruit a Deputy Store Manager who strives to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and exceeds sales targets. You will be proactive, work well within a team and have a passion about delivering first class customer service.
Supporting the Store Manager, your responsibilities will be to consistently drive and deliver sales by leading, developing and motivating your team in order to optimise the stores performance. You will have good visual merchandising skills and the ability to take the initiative. The successful candidate will have retail store management experience, a good understanding of retail operations and a proven track record in sales. With experience of managing a team, you will have excellent communication skills, and a financial awareness of budgets and operating costs.
