A senior science technician is required from 20th April 2015 to join a friendly and dynamic science team of 8 science teachers and 2 technicians who have a keen drive to maintain and promote practical science at the heart of teaching and learning across all key stages and the three science disciplines. The successful candidate will be joining a high achieving science department where all students study additional science to GCSE level.
The successful candidate will need the skills to be able to co-ordinate the work of the technicians and support the science teachers with demonstrations and practical activities. The science faculty consists of 7 well equipped laboratories and 2 preparation rooms.
Experience of working in a school environment would be an asset.
