Our client are looking to recruit additional Architectural Technician to join their expanding team based in Telford.
You will be responsible for producing site feasibility plans, completing planning applications, production of working drawings, bills of quantities and specifications. Other responsibilities include the production of information for our onsite team and external consultants, discharging regulatory authority conditions, land surveys, and resolution of queries with the development team. As a growing residential house builder we are looking for someone ideally with experience in this sector, clearly a full working knowledge of UK building regulation standards, and CAD is mandatory.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure that their design is accurately reproduced on site through site visits, and liaison with the site manager and contractors.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual who is looking to progress their career within the organisation, and will provide career advancement, and further education opportunities for the right person. We will consider applications for employed or contracted. Full or part time.
Competitive remuneration package, related to experience. Circa £35,000
