This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Trainer to join a market-leading international mobile services company based in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will be looking for the next step in his/her B2C sales training career and want to work on a global scale.
The purpose of this role is development and delivery of sales & product training to the Global Sales team. Conceive, build and deliver training strategies and programmes that support business objectives and strategic initiatives. You will be required to support the learning strategy and overall design, development and delivery of the training programmes
Sales Trainer Key Skills and Experience: (knowledge or awareness of:)
Instructional Design - Training Focus, Needs Analysis, Content Development,
Facilitation and managing courses
Technology: Proficiency in Product and Environment
Personal Professional Development
Proven experience in sales and awareness of sales training to B2c
Formal training methodologies such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, TAS etc.
