1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, Chippenham, GBP25k + benefits

This innovative, successful Wiltshire based proactive support service company is looking for a IT Support Engineer with strong 1st and 2nd line IT helpdesk skills, LAN & WAN networking and Microsoft server environments.

In this role you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Support, assisting the field based support team as and when required and working on projects to further the use of technology.

The successful IT Support Engineer will have some if not all of the following:

- 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Helpdesk
- Networking including, TCP/IP, LAN & WAN, WIFI
- Microsoft Server Environments
- MSP support systems
- The ability to diagnose and trouble shoot software & hardware issues
- Good working knowledge of PC networks

- MCP or above
- Cloud based technologies
- Business continuity
- Internet security
- Virtual environments
- Real interest in technology and self-learning
- Driving licence and own vehicle
