MI Analyst (HR)

My client, a well known name in their industry is currently looking for an MI Analyst for their HR area.

The team is responsible for developing, standardising and maintaining all HR reports which will provide management with information allowing informed business decisions.

Main responsibilities include:
analysis of key trends and/or areas for concern
Provide ad hoc data as required by the business

provide reports that are global in nature and help to identify where additional management information is required

Desired Skills and Experience
Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formatting and formulae)
Reporting requirements gathering and functional design
Cognos BI development and administration - desirable
Experience of working with HR/people data - desirable
