Solutions Architect - DV Clearance MOD Experience

Essential:

• Experience providing consultancy to the business, designing and monitoring complex architectures and delivering architectural solutions to solve business requirements and concerns.
• Experience of working in the retail industry and/or digital manufacturing industry
• Experience of working with an architectural framework, assessing and managing architectural risk, incorporating risk mitigations into solution architecture deliverables and artefacts.
• Experience in managing architectural change control to in-flight solutions.
• Experience of integrating third party COTS and third party developed solutions into an existing architecture.
• Strong hands-on implementation skills in contemporary technologies and methodologies, comfortable working at the detailed level in complex technical environments.
• Modelling processes, systems, data and infrastructure in UML and or other modelling language using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of project/programme delivery methodologies eg PRINCE 2/MSP
• Experience of designing systems in accordance with the MOD Defence Manual of Security, HMG Information Security standards or the ISO27001 series. 10. Experience of working within ITIL (ISO/IEC 20000) and ISO9000 environments.
