Our client are a global E-commerce business who are looking to hire a Development Manager to ensure the best possible standards of quality and delivery performance.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of managing onshore and offshore development teams
- Experience of providing leadership covering all stages of the software delivery life cycle; advising development teams and monitoring performance.
- Technical leadership, definition and management on development standards and processes.
- Experience managing development teams within the Java technology stack and any knowledge of Jboss, WebLogic or WebSphere would be a highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of structured, Object Orientated development methodologies
- Experience of implementing and managing agile development practices
The salary for this role is between GBP60-68k depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package.
