Network Engineer - Education - Essex

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Network Engineer to join a leading Education organisation based in the East side of Essex.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of the network and infrastructure, and be the go-to guy for most things support focussed. You will be very busy and have to be proactive, providing support and having additional responsibility for mentoring more junior members of staff. You will be gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies within the position.

Essential skills include experience with:

*3-5 years relevant experience
*Windows 2008/2012
*VMware
*SAN
*Active Directory and group policy administration
*Network support/troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, Switches, Routers, VLAN, WAN)

Advantageous skills include experience with:

*VCP Certified
*MCSE Certified
*Citrix XenApp
*SQL
