As a Microsoft Windows 3rd Line Infrastructure Technician, you will join a small and very busy team working on some cutting edge projects and interfacing with all areas of the business. As well as providing technical support for existing and new technology throughout the company, you will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing, developing and supporting the desktop, server, SAN and software infrastructure, and providing technical expertise for infrastructure project work. Please be aware that this role may involve some out of hours work in the evenings or at the weekend. This is a phenomenal opportunity to gain some exposure to an established organisation within a dynamic role which promises to deliver the opportunity to gain new skills as well as to enhance existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have superior knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls, of key infrastructure platforms and tools such as MS Hyper V, Windows 7 and 8, AD or Wyse Terminals, and an excellent understanding of security and patch management. You must also have advanced experience of the delivery, maintenance and support of IT systems, and knowledge of both Backup Systems and System Centre 2012.
