Salesforce Functional Consultant/Salesforce Business Analyst

A Salesforce Functional Consultant/Salesforce Business Analyst is sought by one of the UK's fastest growing providers of cloud integration and leaders in Salesforce products and consultancy.

The successful candidate will act as a technical and/or functional consultant on a number of development projects. You will be responsible for working with client stakeholders to define and understand business requirements. You will also be tasked with working alongside the technical team to produce functional specifications for Salesforce projects, whilst having a strong input on any technical requirements. The consultant may deal with one specific aspect of IT and the business, or it can be wide ranging and address strategic business issues.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Experience configuring, developing or administering Salesforce.

Significant experience preferred in an information technology consulting role.

Strong customer facing skills.

Extensive Business Analytics skills.

Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Ability to gather requirements, constraints and run workshops using structured and non structured methods.

Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening skills to translate in the other direction.

Salesforce certification preferred but not essential.

Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, the Salesforce Web Services API is desirable.

Knowledge in .net or Java programming.

Knowledge of integrated development environments such as Eclipse.

Travel within London and other UK locations is expected and necessary for this role. Travel to Europe may be required.
