Business Analyst - Manchester - Software Vendor - Basic Salary GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 + Benefits
Our client are a fast growing software vendor based just on the outskirts of Manchester. They provide a unique Software Application into contact centres for some of the UK's leading retailers including Argos, Matalan & Tesco. Due to expansion they now require multiple Business Analysts to be based in their head office.
In this role you will work very closely with our client's customer base understanding and document requirements. You will be able to advice and consultant on business issues and will play a vital part in the whole project life cycle championing the client's requirements.
To be successful in your application for this role you will have;
- Experience in a business analyst role specifically in a software environment
- Excellent communication skills with strong client management skills
- Ideally experience working with Retail/Finance clients
- Experience working in an agile development environment
