A successful 3rd Line Support Analyst is required on a Permanent basis for a highly respectable company in the Surrey area of the UK. The company is regarded as one leading Manage Services companies in the UK.

As a 3re Line Support Analyst you must be able to support all clients and customer in the management and resolutions of any queries and issues escalated from 1st line Support. Experience where you have worked on a 3rd line Support role is going to be key and 3+ years in this field of work with be greatly sort after by my client. You must have experience in supporting Citrix and Active Directory.

The selected 3rd Line Support Analyst must have previous experience in:-

  • 3 years + of Citrix - XenApp, Access Gateway and Xen Desktop
  • 3 years + of Networking - LAN and WAN, Firewalls
  • 3 years of Active Directory
  • Citrix Qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • MS Platform support experience
