Service Delivery Manager needed - Permanent - West Yorkshire - GBPNegotiable

I am currently recruiting for a permanent Service Delivery manager for my client to be based in West-Yorkshire.

Main requirements will include:

-Line manager for half a dozen or so middle managers

-Lead for all Service Delivery matters for the Finance business in a large Business Outsourcer

-Management of all major incidents Management of the Incident and Problems in the IT space

-Strong understanding of ITIL

-Self starter-Comfortable communicating with all manager up to Board level

-Strong colleague focus

-At least 5 years experience in similar roles

-Oracle experience is highly desirable.
