A global, dominant and highly lucrative organisation are looking to appoint an exceptionally business and technically focused Development Manager. With full responsibility for delivery on large scale projects (R&D, design, development, implementation and testing) Your skill set will include:

Requirements:

*Over 15 years of extensive experience in managing development of products and customised solutions, utilising up to date technologies and software standards

*Excellent English - must
*Relocation to the UK - must

*Development manager experience includes responsibility for S/W development and delivery units of over 80 staff, with focus on R&D development and customer specific implementation.

*Deep knowledge and understanding of the dynamics and the business drivers of large companies, as well as organisational implication of major software projects.

*Have significant experience working in Matrix environment.

Role Responsibilities:

*Full responsibility of large scale projects, various discipline (R&D, design, Development, implementation, testing)
*Delivery of large scale software projects, solution architecture and transformation programs for complex software systems.
*Responsible for analysing dashboard information and project information to ensure both client and internal expectations are met and where appropriate exceeded.
