My client is a market leader in their industry on the South Coast; due to sustained year on year growth they are now in a position to add two enthusiastic executives to their team based out of their Bournemouth head offices.

You will be joining an established Search Engine Optimisation/Pay Per Click team but will also interact and consult with other areas of the business. It is important that you can manage your own workload as the company is adopting an autonomous approach to their staff, you will have the opportunity to shape your own future. This is a diverse and agile position where you will work on a variety of client requirements, it is crucial that you are comfortable liaising with clients and overseeing their accounts.

There is a clear structure in place with my client and a defined progression path to reach a senior role within a short time period relative to industry standards. You will have continual access to training and professional development opportunities.

You will be a keen follower of new trends and technologies; it's about the right attitude and quality of work produced.

To be successful the candidate will require:

- Experience in Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) or both.
- Google Analytics experience advantageous but not critical
- The ability to be client facing
- Passionate & enthusiastic about search
