They are looking for a well rounded E-commerce developer with around 3-4 years of experience encompassing Agile methods (eg TDD, test driven development, scrum etc) developing primarily Java and SQL based E-commerce sites also utilising some of the following: HTML, XML, CFML (Coldfusion), SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL, JavaScript, node.js, cloud.

They are also open to people with experience in Python, PHP or Ruby on Rails looking to cross train to being a Java Developer as long as they can bring Front End to Back End knowledge of E-commerce site development and some of the aforementioned skills.
