Our client specialise in all aspects of design, development and manufacture of bespoke automation solutions and provide a diverse range of automation, robotic and materials handling systems for high volume manufacturing environments on a global basis in a number of market sectors. As a result of an imminent retirement and their planned programme of strategic growth for 2015, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced and highly self-motivated Technical Director with proven machinery and automation experience to complement their established and successful team.

You will additionally be responsible for ensuring systems and procedures are in place to promote consistent and efficient working practice and will oversee the process of "buy off" between the Sales, Engineering & Design departments, after order placement, being responsible for workflow to meet Turnover and Financial budgets and both supervising and assisting with final de-bug and testing of systems prior to dispatch where required.
