Hardware Engineering Manager/Poole
Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to work for our travel client in the beautiful location of Poole, Dorset.
Our client is looking for a manager to join their engineering department who is enthusiastic, engineering orientated whom is driven and happy to travel to other sites if necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing Embedded products from board level design through to shipping to the market
- Team leadership and management
- Value engineering for the full life cycle
- Electronic design experience
- Management of product mechanical design
- Product compliance including Certification Testing (ie EMC, RF, Digital & Analog)
- Procurement Support including obsolescence management
- Manufacturing Support
- Happy to travel to France and customer sites if necessary
- Knowledge sharing/continuous improvement
- Relationship builder with external stakeholders
- Driven to deliver right first time'; on time, budget and quality
Location: Poole, Dorset.
Salary: up to GBP50,000 pa Plus bonus.
