Smart Solutions Recruitment is currently looking for weighbridge operative in busy waste & recycling company based in Aldridge.
Key responsibilities:
Key skills/ qualifications:
Experience in similar role is preferable, however, full training will be given.

Key responsibilities:
- Recording all vehicles entering/ leaving site
- Record weights and waste type by vehicle completing appropriate documentation and collect driver's signature
- Produce an accurate weighbridge ticket for all loads entering and leaving the site
- Maintain the weighbridge and general area of the weighbridge including the office in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition
- Ensure all drivers are wearing appropriate PPE
- Be aware of personal responsibilities towards health & safety, use of PPE, reporting accidents, incidents and near misses
Key skills/ qualifications:
- Good time keeping and attendance record
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Flexible towards working hours
