Salary - up to GBP50K

Location - Newbury

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our busy Call Centre during their period of change. This is a trouble-shooting role and outputs will involve reviewing and shaping core activities such as recruitment and resourcing, induction, employee relations, employee satisfaction and terms and conditions.

As well as business partnering with the operations management team to identify areas of improvement and shape practices which contribute to service delivery, you will be equally happy taking a hands on approach to employee relations.

The ideal candidate would have HR experience in a contact centre or customer service environment

The Candidate:

* CIPD qualification is desirable

* You must have a track record of building strong working relationships at a senior level

* Experience of managing complex employee relations cases

* Strong communication & negotiating skills

* Generalist HR experience

* Problem-solving/solution focused approach
