Job Title: Regional Maintenance Manager
Location: Southern region from Exeter in the South West to Ashford in the East and all of the company’s Depots within the M4 corridor through to Bridgend
Salary: Competitive
Must have the right to work in the UK and live within a reasonable commute of the Depot.
The company is a busy vehicle hire business based in Romsey, Hampshire. They now require a Regional Maintenance Manager to join their team.
Your area covers the Southern region from Exeter in the South West to Ashford in the East and all our Depots within the M4 corridor through to Bridgend. You will ideally be based in Romsey although will be required to go out to all depots on a regular basis, including nights out.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be required to oversee the day to day to running of the company’s depot workshops, be involved with personnel and maintenance issues and be the first point of contact for the Depot Managers.
- You will report to the Group Service Manager and the Operations Director. You will also have a counterpart in the Northern region.
The Candidate:
- The successful candidate will be time served and will have worked in a busy service environment for some time.
- Ideally you will have been doing a similar role or is a Service Manager looking to step up.
- You will have to have a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business and have sound knowledge of both LCV and HGV vehicles, as well as 4x4's and Golf Buggies.
- You must have a good standard of both written and verbal communication, preferably you will have used Kerridge and be able to work on your own as well as in a team.
