Job Title: Systems Support Administrator

The company is a very busy nationwide vehicle hire business. The company now require a System Support Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be based in either the company’s Newcastle or Doncaster Depot and will work in conjunction with the team at Head Office in Hampshire.

Job Role:

The main purpose of this job is to support the Systems Team in maintaining and running third party software, to ensure it is as accurate and efficient as possible. This will include testing and implementing new initiatives and enhancements mainly revolving around CDK Business management software; FOD Fleet on Demand software; Call Logging; maintaining KPI's and support records.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be required to give support to the company’s ADP system, Tracker, Epyx and FOD and experience with these packages would be a distinct advantage.

The Candidate:

• You must be accurate and have a great attention to detail, be able to meet targets and objectives, be able to work within a team and under own initiative, be able to resolve problems and complications, be punctual and reliable.
• You will have an excellent telephone manner, have good communication skills both written and verbal and a keen interest in providing support for the computer users within the company.
• You may be required to stay away from time to time and visit other depots within the group so flexibility is required.
