Sales Apprenticeships

£8,500 - £10,000 + bonus - earning potential of £15,000+

Positions available in Sheffield and also outside of Sheffield, in the Swinton and Rotherham areas.

This is an outstanding opportunity for 17-23 year-old non-graduates to launch a career into sales, with a sales apprenticeship in a Business-to-Business sales environment. This organisation has secured a number of sales apprenticeships with several employers based in Sheffield and the surrounding area.

The successful candidates will spend 9 weeks in intensive sales training in Sheffield followed by a 10-month sales role with one of the employers. In addition to your salary you can expect to earn additional bonuses and commissions.

This opportunity could lead to a career in sales with your employer beyond the 12 month apprenticeship.

No specific qualification or experience is required. This organisation is looking for young people with:

The Apprenticeship

In the intensive 9 week course you will be taught sales skills and 'winning mentality' to give you the capabilities and mind-set that are needed for success.

Sales Skills

- The full range of telesales skills
- The full range of new business transactional sales skills
- Insight into complex sales and account management
- How to manage a pipeline and use of customer relationship management
- Understanding your personality type
- The sales hierarchy and responsibilities
- Communicating and presenting with confidence
- Commerciality in business

Winning Mentality

- Dealing with adversity
- Mental toughness and resilience
- Motivating self and others
- Communication skills and building rapport
- Understanding buyer types
- Positive psychology
- Goal-setting and mapping
- Assertiveness

Once the 9 weeks training course is completed you will continue to be coached through your 10 month sales role at one of the employers.

Interviews will be held in January for a March start date.
