Alphabet is now seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

Operating at the very heart of the business, you’ll play a crucial role and ensure that a great experience is delivered to each and every customer. 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class service to Alphabet’s customers by effectively handling a wide range of queries. 

Living and breathing the company’s vision and values, you’ll ensure that all customer enquiries are managed and resolved within the agreed timescales. You’ll gather any information requested by customers and respond to queries via the telephone and email, whilst promoting Alphabet in a positive and professional manner at all times. 

Additionally, managing your own workload, you’ll monitor incoming customer communications and escalate any unresolved issues when necessary. 

To be considered for this role, you must have: 

- Previous customer service experience gained within a retail or office environment 
- At a minimum, five GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English) 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you must have strong communication, prioritisation and time management skills, as well as a great eye for detail. You must also be able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
