Business Analyst - Media - Publishing - London - Permanent - Immediate Start - Up to £55k

My client is an innovative solutions provider working at the convergence of media, technology, learning and analytics. They work closely with clients to design, develop and deliver effective solutions.


Experienced Business Analyst MUST be familiar with working in agile development environments. Business Analysts will work on a wide variety of projects and be responsible for supporting the clients with process modelling, requirements prioritisation, business case development, solution design and implementation. Business Analysts will have a sound commercial and financial grounding, along with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure, and to deliver within deadlines. Business Analysts are expected to have a clear understanding of the full product lifecycle and experience in some of its main stages.

To be considered for this role Business Analyst Must have the following experience.

Proven experience of leading projects in the publishing/Media industry.
Proven understanding of the application of change methodologies and the factors that influence.
Experience of working across a complex matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity and conflicting/overlapping priorities.
Experience of influencing diverse stakeholder groups to contribute and buy-in to change and initiatives.
Proven experience of implementing complex projects.
International/multicultural business experience.
Proven excellent people manager able to lead and motivate a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and international cultural awareness
Experience with project management and reporting
Prototyping and wireframing
Experience of at least one implementation and subsequent migration project;
Excellent client facing skills and faultless communication skills.

This is an incredibly URGENT role and has a start date of as soon as possible, with interviews taking place this week. (this is a permanent role)

The salary on offer for this role is up to £55k+ package
