We are Whistl, the Royal Mail's number one challenger and we're making a noise in delivery! We're growing! Growing Fast! To support our growth we are now recruiting for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

The main purpose for the Sourcing Specialist is to develop and implement sustainable supply solutions to maximise value and availability and minimise the cost of goods and services supplied to Whistl UK Limited. The real key to working at Whistl is having a can-do attitude, managing your work from start to finish, being able to work with our key people internally and externally to ensure we achieve maximum benefit.

It is essential that you have the following skills to be successful as our Sourcing Specialist:

- Analytical skills to assess commercial and financial information.

- Ability to draft reports for senior stakeholders to highlight best practise and advantageous expenditure.

- Strong listener, with the ability to decipher information of a complex nature and present this back to other working groups.

- Negotiation and influencing.

To be considered for the Sourcing Specialist role you will need a full clean Driving Licence as travel within the UK may be required due to the nature of the job.
