An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Marketing Executive based in Bromley, Kent to join the UK’s leading independent travel group with core activities in scheduled airline operations, tour operations and aircraft engineering. The company offers airline capacity of eight million sector seats and provide tour operating passenger volumes of some 911,000 customers and Aircraft Engineering delivers market-leading aircraft maintenance and repair services.
The Group offers a wide range of career opportunities within aviation and the Tour Operations businesses. Based at their Head Offices in Luton and Bromley, their regional office in Stockport, at major UK airports or in one of their worldwide resort destinations, there are a host of exciting vacancies and opportunities available.
You will make relevant customer data segments and; develop emails (with agency or in-house), source relevant up to date price and product information, send via agencies, and report on performance across segments.
As a CRM Marketing Executive your duties will be to:
• Own and develop the segmentation and data plan for email and CRM communications
• Implement test and learn practices to ensure emails are optimised to their best performance
• Assist with the development of CRM planning strategy as required
• Manage bi-annual direct mail campaigns, providing content and managing agency to ensure deadlines are met
• Continually monitor and improve the behavioural email campaigns
• Work with the Head of Marketing to implement a robust customer lifecycle contact strategy
• Report on customer research feedback and develop new strands of customer research
• Manage weekly email and CRM reports
• Manage Email and CRM budgets
• Manage affiliate programme
• Any other projects that are reasonably requested.
• Lead the day to day email development, distribution and reporting of emails to arranged data segments.
• Manage the content and marketing offers across the websites
• Brand protection
• Support brand guidelines consistently promoting our brand vision through policing of guidelines and image library management
• Report ROI and performance generated through channels back to the business. With the assistance of the Website manager report on website content performance
• Delivery to target and day to day management with CRM manager of CRM and email budget.
An ideal CRM Marketing Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Skilled at agency briefing and management.
• Skilled at creating engaging social copy.
• SQL or similar analysis skills desired but not essential.
• Educated to degree level.
• Experience in email and CRM marketing.
• Travel industry experience desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Close eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Innovation/Creativity, Planning & Organising, Adaptability/Flexibility, Business Awareness, Forward thinking and proactive
• Strong knowledge of email processes and production
• Clear understanding of CRM integration and impact
• Very data savvy
• Understanding of social media best practice.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
