Search Consultancy is recruiting for a major outsource client in Glasgow. You could soon be providing world class customer service to customers of a global home media brand!

What is a Customer Retentions Advisor?
You will speak to existing customers about the products they currently use, and by understanding their needs you'll persuade them to remain as customers. This is done through both inbound and outbound calling so you must be comfortable on the phone. You'll ensure that every customer receives an amazing experience on every call.

You should be able to work a variety of shift patterns and must have previous customer service experience gained in a call centre, retail, hospitality or any other customer focused environment. Salary is up to £15,018 per annum and working patterns will require flexibility between 8.30am and 8.00pm Monday to Sunday working a total of 40 hours per week.
