Are you an experienced transformation/change management specialist who can deliver business integration and technology implementation in order to align business units to overall group strategy? Are you seeking an opportunity to deliver change and business improvement within complex business structures to ensure excellent employee engagement and improved customer experience?
A commercial consumer focussed business requires a Change management professional with an understanding of the challenges of the consruction industry to deliver end to end integration projects and implement new technology platforms.
Duties include:
- Developing As Is documentation and ensuring a thorough understanding of business drivers and processes.
- Working with all stakeholders to define To Be and integrated business model.
- Liaise with HRBP to define employee engagement and change roadmap.
- Identifying and implementing business improvement activities and leading the transformation agenda for your business area.
- Engaging and regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding the delivery of business transformation.
- Maximise return on investment by ensuring the transformation is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the business case.
- Challenge and remove obstacles that negatively impact customer experience and drive change that improves customer experience.
- Monitor key project dependencies and work to mitigate risks and issues to ensure the transformation agenda is delivered to scope, time, cost and the required quality criteria.
- Networking with change management teams across the organisation to share knowledge and best practice.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience of leading large strategic change programmes, delivering step changes within a business.
- Detailed understanding of business drivers.
- Project planning processes and techniques including agile techniques.
- Ability to understand and translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Expert communication skills and be able to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders, instil a passion for change and communicate across all level of the business, driving behavioural and performance improvement.
- To be capable of facilitating and influencing strategic debate.
- Strong commercial acumen and effective decision making skills.
- Ability to produce a strong, strategic and compelling business case
