Are you an experienced Formulation Development Senior Operator looking for a new exciting opportunity within the Pharmaceutical Industry?
Fantastic opportunity has become available working on behalf of one of my client based in Bretby, Derbyshire who are looking to recruit a Senior Operator on a full time permanent basis. My client specialises within the Pharmaceutical industry specialising in Solid Dose Manufacturing, Assembly and Distribution, Analysis and Test and Formulation Development.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience in order to be considered for this role.
-Maintains and constantly seeks to improve on high levels of product Quality and operational good manufacturing practices, at all times in the Tablet Coating Department.
-Holds significant experience in sugar and film coating of pharmaceutical tablet products, utilising automated side-vented and traditional open pan techniques. Sound understanding of tablet coating process controls.
-Achieves departmental targets, by adhering to job expectations, planning, monitoring, systems, polices and procedures.
-Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; advising on processing variables; observing critical control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources;implementing process improvements and optimisations; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
