Test Engineer, PCB Assemblies.
Based in Newbury, Berkshire, my client are looking for a Test Engineer. You must have proven ability in digital processing PCBA's, digital fault finding techniques, relevant electronic qualification at City & Guilds, ONC or greater, familiarity with test equipment - analogue, digital & audio.
Role is to test and align PCBA's to primary test stage following specification and standard operating procedures, final and assemble product to customer configuration/specification, checking signal integrity and operation, fault find down to component level, conformance testing of product/assemblies to approved specification, loading code to product, keeping accurate records on MRP system and test database, faults found, repairs carried out, electrical safety testing, etc.
