A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Shift Maintenance Engineer working a 5 shift rotating pattern. The role
As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the following:
• Fault finding and diagnostics, equipment repair.
• Carrying out planned maintenance schedules within given timescales and record work carried out.
• Undertaking workshop repair of machine components.
• Identifying needs for continuous improvement.
• Identifying Energy saving ideas.
• Reporting and logging of tasks to be entered into a computerised maintenance system including stores parts movement.
• Keeping all machine drawings up to date noting modifications.
• Advising and providing engineering support on TPM initiatives.
• PLC and Drives knowledge required able to work on three phase machinery in a high volume environment.

What you’ll need
• A qualified Electrical Technician, multi-skilled would be an advantage.
• Must be conversant with circuit diagrams and be able to use diagnostic tools.
