Sales Manager - Manchester Town Hall

Manchester Town Hall Complex is pleased to announce the vacancy for a Sales Manager.
Working within the Sales Team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within Manchester Town Hall and Central Library
Providing inspirational sales leadership in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision, values and business objectives, the ideal candidate will devise and plan successful sales strategies that expand the current customer base at the Town Hall and Central Library, while driving a world class account management service for existing clients.
An experienced, proactive salesperson with a proven track record and a background in structured/consultative sales management (preferably within the conference and wedding sales industry) you will be a skilful negotiator, natural networker and competent presenter, as well as possess the ability to write fluently and persuasively. We are looking for a passionate individual committed to delivering high standards with the enthusiasm and drive to succeed in a fast moving and challenging environment.
Flexibility of working hours is also a requirement as the delivery of excellence is not always a 9 to 5 job and you may be required to conduct weekend show-rounds.
