Community Rehabilitation Recovery Navigators

Bristol is adopting a new approach to delivering its mental health services. They now come together under the banner of Bristol Mental Health which is made up of 18 organisations chosen because of their expertise and experience. A new Community Rehabilitation Service is being developed in Bristol, based in the community. Shaped by people who have used mental health services, the Community Rehabilitation Service will give people who use the support they need to achieve their hopes and goals.

Salary scale and range: H 1-4, £19,869 - 21,719 per annum

Hours: 37 per week (this is an 8am to 8pm service and will be on a rota basis and evenings and weekend work is also required). Part Time will be considered.

Contract: Permanent

The Organisation is playing a key role in providing for these changes and is looking to recruit into the new role of Community Rehabilitation Recovery Navigator.

Recovery Navigators will specialise in working with people with long-term mental health and complex needs. Their focus will be on supporting people to gain the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible in the community, by providing specialist assessment, treatment and interventions.
