This well established organisation are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Project Leader to plan and coordinate projects for Electronic Control Systems and take them through to fruition on time and cost. As a Project Manager/Project Leader you will manage Electronic Sensing projects from concept through to Production.

The Project Manager/Project Leader will have PRINCE2 experience or similar and have operated within a structured management process. You will contribute to continuous improvement process by applying basic knowledge in Six Sigma or similar and have the ability to raise commitment by good communication over several hierarchical levels. You would implement Process steps for the successful project management of New products within high volume R&D electronics, including, improving time to market.

The Project Manager/Project Leader will have a professional Project Management qualification and ideally an Engineering degree, Electronics or similar and have a number of years experience as a Project Lead in Electronics, R&D, Engineering or a Manufacturing environment.

You will be a strong Leader with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills capable of managing multiple projects. You will also be PC literate, with knowledge of project management methodologies and quality assurance tools, MS Project, Visio, etc. You will be Committed, have a Solution oriented style of working with the drive and self motivation to lead a team in a sometimes pressurised environment. Projects may be global and therefore a degree of travel is to be occasionally expected.
