We are currently recruiting for an English speaking Customer Support agent to join our team. The successful candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Working for the dental care Professional project, you will be handling calls from dental professionals who have issues with sample orders, registering on the Dentalcare.co.uk website, logging in to the website, registering for seminars/ training courses amongst other things. Contact will be made either by phone or by email and you will be required to answer all emails within 48 hours of receipt. You will be required to escalate any query which you cannot handle to the relevant contact point and will need to do this several times a day.
The Dentalcare.co.uk website is a resource which is used only by dental professionals who are interested in and are using our products.
You will also be handling promotion line contacts, both phone calls and emails where customers have returned or want to return products with are covered by the 30 day money back guarantee. The majority of these calls and emails are complaints where the refund process has taken longer than expected or where the customer has sent a product back to a different address and it is taking longer than planned to be returned to us.
Role Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
Fluent in English.
Commitment to a high level of accuracy
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
Good organizational skills.
A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard.
Proficient in the use of MS Excel
ECDL qualification an advantage
Hours for this role are 40 per week, 8am - 5pm.
