Are you an experienced retail Manager with a keen eye for detail within Fashion Merchandising? Can you deliver market leading visual merchandising, aligned with strong presentation standards? This cross functional working requires excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure successful delivery. You will lead a team of Merchandisers to create a truly inspirational and differentiated shopping experience for our customers.

This role is a customer facing line management role to lead a team of Selling Partners to achieve the Retail Operating Plan. You will create an environment in which Partners deliver business objectives, demonstrate the responsibilities of ownership and achieve personal fulfilment. To operate as part of a wider branch management team and contribute to the leadership and success of the branch.

It is a fast-paced shop floor role with a clear focus on selling and service. It will suit an individual with strong leadership and communication skills who enjoys taking ownership for achieving business and personal objectives.

Day-to-day, you will be working closely with your team, coaching and developing your people so they perform at their best. You'll ensure every individual understands our stock and merchandising systems; has good product knowledge; and is committed to exceeding customers' expectations. The key is to lead by example, drawing on your fashion retail experience. You'll support the Manager, demonstrate customer focus and strive for sales, ensuring your branch achieves targets and fulfills the operating plan.

Retail experience is important. You should be used to delivering profit, working to plans and maintaining high shop-keeping standards. You should also be great with customers and used to getting the best out of teams. Fashion-focused and a natural leader, you'll be ready to make this new development a success.

Please note that this role involves some weekend and late night working.
