Project Surveyor – Construction - Competitive Package IRO £50K

Our client is a leading Gloucester-based family owned company that has more than 50 years’ experience of providing a creative and comprehensive building solution from land acquisition and development to fit out for our clients.

The Group's construction arm, , is recognised as one of the UK's leading regional construction companies and is looking for a talented Project Surveyor to join the team.

You will need to have good all round experience of working on various construction projects with different forms of JCT contracts (primarily D&B contracts) ranging in value from £500k upwards to more than £10 million.  You will have worked in a variety of sectors within the construction industry, including residential refurbishments, commercial development, residential care and education.

Your knowledge and experience will spread across procurement, planning, contract and budget management and you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills.  You will possess a QS/construction related qualification and ideally a professional qualification also with (RICS/CIOB).
